In a time where trends and tastes seemingly come and go at the speed of our devices, first impressions never go out of style. Corporate identities, live and die by their looks, and need to appeal to their audiences whether it be online or on paper. NexGen Housing Partners, an emerging Seattle-based property development company, needed to establish themselves with an identity. In addition to their primary brand, we created two separate sub-brands for independent divisions within their company. All brands followed the primary brand structure, with the sub-brands retaining their own distinct naming and colors.
