Rockwell Realty - Branding

Rockwell Realty is a boutique firm that prides itself on their agents having a deep understanding of the many Seattle neighborhoods, school systems & communities. Projecting this outward to a diverse customer group was key in their rebrand. An R-shaped mark was developed depicting an aerial view of neighborhood cross streets, green foliage, and a highlighted corner block suggestive of finding a home. Secondary artwork was created of the Seattle skyline formed from intersected lines. The intersected lines created mosaic, color-block shapes connoting close-in properties linked together. This presented a visual representation of their tagline, "Connected to Community".
